Baseball is an extremely competitive sport, especially when you get to the higher levels. From Little League to the Big Leagues, in order to be one of the best players, you’re going to need not only the right baseball equipment, but the best as well.

I can remember playing on the sandlot when we were just kids. Myself and a friend of mine, Bobby, would get the neighborhood boys together to play some “pick up baseball.” We had a great little spot to play, and a bunch of kids who loved the game. It was a win-win situation, to say the least.
Playing sandlot baseball (not organized) was fun. We scrapped together old equipment from our dad’s and brothers. Basically hand me down bats, gloves and balls. Sandlot ball was just flat out fun.
Then came Little League / Organized Babe Ruth baseball leagues. Dominated by American Legion, Cal Ripken and many other type of Travel teams and seasons, baseball started to become a much serious sport for myself and my friend Bobby.
We stopped playing sandlot ball because we always had practice or games with our leagues. Then, we realized the better players were using the better gloves, bats, cleats and batting gloves. Our mindset changed to, we need top-notch equipment to be able to compete with these guys. So, we went searching for some gear!
